PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY AS THEY GOVERN YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND YOUR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS THROUGH THE SITE. BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

All About Health operates an online store on the Site that allows customers to purchase products. By placing an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected by you subject to these Terms.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, images, and logos, is the property of All About Health and is protected by South African and international copyright laws. You may not use any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Site at any time and without notice. We may also modify or discontinue the Site, or any portion of it, at any time without notice.
4. Limitation of Liability
All About Health will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from your use of or inability to use the Site, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.

We may modify these Terms at any time, in our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Site after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Refunds & Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
1. Returns Policy
All About Health has a 30-day return policy for products that have manufacturing malfunctions. You must provide proof of the manufacturing malfunction to be eligible for a return. All About Health will replace the product or refund the purchase price, as determined in its sole discretion.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Coupons may be available for use on the Site. Coupons are non-refundable and may not be combined with other offers, unless specifically stated.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 12 Zandspruit Road, Farmall, johannesburg, South Africa.
5. Shipping returns
All About Health ships products to South Africa only. You are responsible for any additional shipping costs that may occur.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 12 Zandspruit Road, Farmall, johannesburg, South Africa.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
